Restaurateur, Victor Hugo, has a passion for service and understands the intricacies of the restaurant business. Victor spent over fifteen years between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles helping restaurant brands gain profitability and scale their business models. From overhauling beachside bistros to facilitating the early growth of The Cheesecake Factory, Victor has built a solid reputation on dependability and fierce work ethic.

 

In 2008, Hugo moved his family to Dallas with the vision of opening his own restaurant one day. After managing Dallas’ premiere steakhouse, Al Biernat’s, and serving as the General Manager at Alberto Lombardi’s Bistro 31 in Highland Park, Hugo got his opportunity. In 2014, Victor Hugo’s Oak Cliff became the realization of his dream.

 

In 2021, after 7 years of serving Oak Cliff, Victor Hugo closed the doors on VH to move into a brand new world of Consulting and Private Chef Experiences. He is taking his cumulative years of restaurant industry knowledge and offering it to support the Service Industry Community. He looks forward to the continued cultivation of his current client relationships while serving and welcoming new ones.
